Johnsson Pipes welcomes serious visitors, collectors, cultural travellers, craft learners, and collaborators by appointment.
The workshop is where pieces are studied, shaped, finished, repaired, documented, and discussed. A good visit is not rushed.

Do you have a showroom?
The main location is the Penang workshop in Tanjung Bungah. Other viewing points may change from time to time, so please confirm through WhatsApp before visiting.
Can custom orders be shipped overseas?
Yes. Finished work can be securely packed and shipped to your address. Shipping fees, tax, customs duties, and import requirements are borne by the buyer.
Do pipes come with a certificate?
Freehand and custom pieces bearing JohnssonOSL initials and serial numbers may come with a guarantee certificate. Terms and conditions apply.
How are pipes measured?
Measurements are usually stated in millimetres: pipe length, bowl height, bowl width, chamber diameter, chamber depth, and weight.
What is the return policy?
Ready-stock unopened items may be considered within 30 days of delivery. Custom orders, used items, and modified pieces require case-by-case review.
What is the workshop experience?
It is a hands-on adult craft experience focused on material, design, shaping, finishing, and documentation. No tobacco use or smoking activity is included.
